Does this put me into CDL territory?

Hey yall. I don’t have a CDL but who else to ask about CDL territory than people with a CDL.

I own a F550, 17,500 GVWR, I need to go from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts to pick up a single cab 1985 Chevrolet C30 with a 17 foot rollback on it. I’m looking to rent a trailer and the only ones I can find that could hold the weight of the truck is 14-16k GVWR trailers. Now chat GPT is probably trying to get me arrested but I thought that if you’re over 26,001 GVWR truck and trailer combined, you need a CDL. Chat GPT insists I’ll be fine. I’m not trying to go to prison so I’m coming to ask a responsible adult who may know

Crank sensor

I have a 03 6.0 powerstroke crank no start, I had a guy come diag it and he said it needed a crank sensor, brought a brand new one at advanced a motorcraft on, still no start, replaced the pigtails because engine RPM doesn’t go past 60 and drops out to 0 a lot. Still no start, replaced cam sensor wires, still no start. Ohmed the cam and crank wires to the PCM and it ohms good. Pulled the crank sensor out and ohmed the 2 prongs that are in it and it does nothing, my meter doesn’t beep or show a reading just says OL. Is there a way to bench test a crank sensor and if I touch the 2 prongs in the crank sensor should I be getting a reading if the crank sensor is good??

6.0 crank no start

Someone who’s a lot smarter than me please give me some insight before I start throwing parts at this truck that it doesn’t need

Early 2003 6.0 cranks but doesn’t start

High pressure oil readings are good

Battery voltage is alright, could be better but I just got 2 brand new batteries for it yesterday

Scanner throws a “P2614-60 Camshaft Position Output Open Circuit” code

On crank FICM sync says no CMP also says no

Put a new crank sensor in (Dorman) and the RPM while cranking fluctuates greatly from what the truck is calling for. Most of the time it’s below what the truck needs. I took out the new Dorman sensor and am going to put a motor craft sensor in, I also maybe thought the pigtails were the issue and I’m about to replace the crank pigtails all the way up to the harness but if that’s not the issue then I won’t do it

FICM logic 10v

FICM main 48v

FICM vehicle power from ignition switch 9.5V

ICP 1609 PSI

IPR 43%

Those were the readings with the old batteries I got them tested at advanced and they just barely tested OK after a charge.
