Came out of a shopping center to find my passenger door dented thanks to some careless w*nker who used a fair bit of force to open his/her own door beside me. Long gone by the time I got back. It's a 9 year old BMW 330e that I take very good care of. Any ideas how much this will cost to repair and anywhere recommended in the Dublin region?

Quick question for the housing & DIY experts: We recently snagged a new build house and the snagger listed the vents in each room as being the non-closing type and that they should be closeable. The builder came back and said it's due to regulations he has to have that type. I'm not sure but can't see any specific regulations about it. The vents are fairly large and open and I would just be a bit concerned that there will always be a draft in that case. It's a 3 bed mid terrace house, A rated. Just want to make sure he's not pulling a fast one.
