Bluehost vs Hostinger: which one is better in real life (speed, support, renewals)?

I’m helping someone pick hosting and it keeps coming down to Bluehost vs Hostinger because they’re both affordable and everywhere. I’ve seen mixed reviews on both, so I’m trying to get real-world feedback instead of affiliate blog takes.

If you’ve used either (especially for WordPress), what was your experience after a few months?

Was the site fast and stable, support helpful when something broke, and were there any surprise renewal price jumps?

Also, if you switched away from either one, what pushed you to leave?

Why Closed-Loop production needs to be the fashion industry baseline

We talk a lot about "circularity" in terms of recycling old clothes, what we need to do is spend more time talking about the circularity of the manufacturing.

When it comes to regenerated cellulose (viscose, lyocell, etc.), the traditional production methods are notoriously toxic that involve heavy chemical runoff and crazy water waste. For me, since I have learned about this, close loop production is non-negotiable. If you aren't familiar a closed-loop system captures the chemicals used to break down the plant fibers and feeds them right back into the start of the process instead of dumping it, hence the name closed loop.

I've noticed a few brands that claim to use closed-loop production like Organic Basics, Tentree, OGL (who claim 99% solvent recovery). I'm not sure how that's measured or verified but it seems like more companies are starting to talk about this. It's still pretty niche compared to how widespread it should be, assuming they're actually doing what they say.

Bio based fabric has a density that actually rivals some of the high-end European brands I've seen, which is surprising for the price point.

To me, on paper this should be the new sustainability standard.

I feel like the industry is not moving fast enough towards this direction. What do you all think? Would it be nice that we purchase less by recycling more and also recycling more during the manufacturing process?

I’m watching DR like a hawk (probably unhealthy), but updates feel inconsistent. In your experience, how often does DR refresh, and what typically moves it most: new referring domains, losing links, link quality, nofollow/dofollow mix, redirects? Just trying to understand what’s normal vs “something broke.”

I have 4a/4b low porosity hair and I’ve been trying to stay consistent with my routine, but lately something just feels off.

My scalp has been getting oily way faster than usual, but at the same time my hair doesn’t feel as full as it used to. My roots look kind of flat and I’ve been noticing more shedding when I detangle or wash.

What’s confusing is I feel like I’ve been doing everything I’m supposed to. I’ve tried different hair masks, deep conditioners, and a bunch of products I’ve seen recommended, and they help for a bit… but it’s always temporary. My hair feels nice for a day or two, then my scalp gets oily again and everything just feels off.

I’m starting to wonder if I’ve been focusing too much on my hair and not enough on my scalp.

I also work out pretty often, so I don’t know if sweat is making things worse too.

It’s starting to worry me because my hair just doesn’t feel as thick or healthy as before.

Has anyone dealt with oily scalp + less volume + more shedding? Did it turn out to be a scalp issue?

And did switching shampoo actually help?

Any simple recommendations?
