Window replacement or just pane?

Just wondering is there much savings in just getting the glass upgraded rather than the whole windows?

I assume it would be quicker and cleaner as they don't have to knock the whole frame out.

AITA?

The neighbours decided to spray their workshop and the overspray is everywhere on ours. Windows, doors and frames are covered. Along with anything that's outside that includes a full line of washing, garden furniture, the house and even the car.

I was away and came back late last night so only seen the mess in the light of day. I'm beyond annoyed and want to call in to tell them so but the other half says not to as "you don't want to fall out with the neighbours". Their solution is to say nothing.

There is a list as long as my arm of things they have done and Ive only mentioned 2 things as I am always made at to be the onle overreacting.

The other half is annoyed at me for even suggesting telling them about overspray. AITA?

Those of you that work as postal operatives, can you help me out? I'm only very new to the job so I have no idea and I don't want to keep annoying people in work with questions.

Would you chose lead/leave (I'm still unsure which it is) reserve or covering different splits? I may not even get a choice as there are people ahead of me but any insight would be appreciated, thanks.
