Do I, a 32 year old depressed guy, have any shot with women?

So I'm a guy looking for companionship. When I was 19 I had a girlfriend for a few months until she broke up with me. She's the only person I've ever been with.

I have a high school diploma but I can't handle the stress of education or work. Most days I don't have the energy to take basic care of myself (showering, brushing my teeth, etc). I've been unemployed most of my life. I last worked about five years ago, and I'm currently on ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program). I live with my Mom who I get along fine with. I don't drink very often, and I don't smoke or vape or do drugs.

I've spent years swiping right on dating apps but hardly ever got any matches, even after paying to boost my chances. I've given up on the apps for now.

I've avoided asking out women in public because I don't want them to feel harassed. I also don't really have any female friends, aside from the wives/girlfriends of my guy friends. So I don't really know any women who I could ask out, other than the nurses at the mental hospital I get my treatments at (I'm doing electroconvulsive therapy, and I've also done transcranial magnetic stimulation and ketamine infusions in the past but they didn't help much). I also take antidepressants and have been for most of my life.

I don't have too much in the way of hobbies or activities. I will cook food or play video games occasionally, but not daily. I usually don't have the energy. I spend most of my days just trying to cope and survive.

Is there any point in asking out random women in public? I don't want them to feel harassed, and I'm worried the rejection might erode what little self esteem I do have left. But I think if I could find a girlfriend it would give me much more enjoyment out of life, and may help my condition.

Can anyone advise me on how to go about finding love? Thank you very much!
