I just bought a new Kobo Libra Colour last fall - and I use Calibre convert all my ebooks to KePub (from epub or mobi file formats) and they work fine on my Kobo Libra Colour

when I bring in PDFs (usually scanned paper pages of books) to Calibre, it then spends some time converting it - and when I try to view those ebooks on my ereader, all the pages seem smeared and are totally unreadable...

am I doing something wrong? should I not try to convert PDFs? (just import them, as is?) is there a best method they could recommend?

thanks!

Mirage drive repairs question

Hello everyone, I own a 2004 Hobie mirage outback kayak and last summer, I broke a chain on my drive. I have been looking online for a replacement part - I've seen listings on Amazon, Aliexpress.. etc...

my question, when I bring up the description on the listings, it says the part can only be used for Mirage Drives version 2 (and newer) - how can I tell what version drive I own? the image posting looks identical to what I have... I just want to get some kind of clarification.

I've sent hobie the same question over 2 weeks ago, and haven't heard back - so I hope someone can help, thanks!
