I spend most of my time in front of my pc.

Typically at night when I finally head to bed, when I close my eyes and move them I can make out the shape of my own eyes moving… pupils, iris, whatever it is it’s like my own two eyes in the darkness of my closed eyes, and even while open some times in the dark.

It eventually goes away, but it’s a recent development that I have not experienced until this year (39 year old male).

What’s going on?

Currently using shockuna static field. Want to move on to whatever is the strongest. I hear people using LB still, is this the best?
