Don’t get scammed by HVAC companies this summer!

Fellow Gresham neighbors, consider this an HVAC related Public Service Announcement.

Summer is around the corner and I’m keeping y’all updated with the latest gimmick HVAC companies are starting to do:
Lots of heating and cooling companies are charging “tune up” or “service specials” for $49 or some absurdly low amount. The whole idea is to lure you into calling them, having a technician come out and then upselling you. Theres no way $49 covers gas, an experienced technician’s hourly wage and profit. Don’t be fooled by these equity owned companies masquerading as your neighborhood small businesses.

Always, always, always get a second or third opinion and look for discrepancies.

Fellow, Oregonians…

It has come to my understanding that there are only a handful of heating and cooling companies out on the coast, and from the sounds of it, have supply and demand on their side.
I wanted to introduce my newly started HVAC business based in Portland. I have the capacity and strong desire to establish a presence on our beautiful Oregon coast, and frankly, I look for any and all opportunities to make my way there.
If you would give me a chance, I’d love to at least offer you all a quote as an alternative and potentially less expensive option for your cooling needs.
For those of you who own rental properties, my mini split pricing is super reasonable

Anyway, thanks for your time and feel free to visit my website:

Fellow Portlanders

I'm a new startup HVAC business based in the Centennial neighborhood, and I have zero issue installing customer supplied mini splits. Typically, I would have you order your equipment and we would then set a date for installation once your equipment arrives.
Usually, if it's a single mini split, you could expect to pay around $3-4k with your equipment, electrical and labor included

Shoot me a DM or visit my website:

Have you had great experiences with local HVAC companies? It’s hot AF!

Fellow Portlanders and Gresham. I'm announcing the start of your newest, Latino-owned and LGBTQ+ allied Air Conditioning business who is also guilty of run-on sentences. Stop spending your money on Republican owned HVAC businesses and help spread the word!
Proudly located in the Centennial neighborhood
