It’s kinda annoying to see that in the dms and I’m also scared I’ll send something accidentally. Is there a way to switch it off

I got this message saying you have 12000 points to redeem . And my dumbass though it was legit and entered my card details and then I felt something off and deleted it and then came to know it was a scam I’m scared they captured my card details I locked my card immediately. Idk for how long I should keep it locked . Does anyone have any advice or what they did ?
