A supportive abd welcome community for agoraphobes and mental health!!

Hi everyone! 👋👋

I help moderate a mental health Discord server specifically for people with agoraphobia, and it’s been a lot easier connecting with others who already get it. Whether you’re housebound, able to get out sometimes, or somewhere in between, it’s okay to still be struggling 💙 you don’t have to justify or explain yourself.

The community is very active and supportive 🌱

🎬 We watch movies and TV shows together almost every day

🎮 Play alot of different games in VC every day

💬 There are also dedicated channels where you can share your hobbies, wins, vent, or ask for advice and support related to agoraphobia/Mental Health!

If you’re interested, here’s the invite link 🔗✨️ (I've heard that the link can be buggy so if it doesn't work please feel free to reach out to me on here and I can directly invite you through discord!!)

https://discord.gg/catchmeinside

There’s a short application to keep bots out, and a moderator is usually around to approve entries pretty quickly!! 🌺❤️🫂

Hi hiii, I’m 24F trying to seriously manage my ADHD without pills not just with studying and work, but also staying consistent with my hobbies and personal goals.

I’ve been struggling with consistency alot recently, so now I’m trying to focus on building real discipline and structure in my day. I’m looking for someone who's also trying to do this, be consistent with their hobbies and productive work/have less screen time and so on.

What I’m working on:

• Doing my hobbies daily/getting off my phone more (my hobbies are simracing, music composing, and reading)

• Daily time for studying/work (im in biology with a minor in chemistry!)

• Building a routine I can stick to long term

• Staying disciplined even when I dont feel like it

How we can work together:

• Share daily/weekly goals

• Check in regularly (Discord preferred, id also prefer it basically daily)

• Hold each other accountable (no ghosting)

• Encourage consistency, not perfection

• Be honest with each other when we’re slipping (im probably gonna slip ALOT especially at the start but its important to admit that and keep encouraging each other further)

I want someone serious about improving and building better habits together

If that sounds like you, feel free to dm or comment! I prefer female but any gender is okay

Edit: forgot to mention im in EST!
