Hi everyone, my credit card has only been active for a month but the annual fees are already included in the statement. How can I get the annual fees waived? I tried calling (02)88910000 but I keep getting a lot of intro and just automated responses, I'm not sure how to speak to an actual agent and I'm running out of load :(

I need help, it's my first time using a credit card here. Thanks

Hi everyone, one month palang bpi cc ko pero included na sa soa yung annual fees. Paano ko po mapapa-waive yung annual fees? Tried calling (02)88910000 pero sobrang daming intro at piro automated response lang nakukuha ko di ko sure paano makakausap ng agent mismo nauubusan ako ng load :(
