My forehead is oily (have sebum) but whenever i put moisturizer iz still feels tight after 2 hours like i cant move eyebrows, no elastin no glow. How to fix that

My skin is pretty damage and want to fix it . Tried many creams and gels but didn’t work. Do you think using only water, moisturizer and some vaseline for slugging will work for repairing barrier? I’m trying to give my skin some peace. Body can heal itself right? I have some cracks on my cheecks(from damahe barrier)

My skin is damage and sensitive, been trying to repair barrier and tried many barrier creams. I wanted to try not using cleanser only water, ceramide moisturizer and something to LOCK MOISTURE in the skin? What do you think about vaseline for barrier repair?
