is it ideal to do all chap wise test by mog from now on ? can i actually follow it up till end?

uhm so sorry since there will be ton lot of post regarding this , but yea should i consider vitc (EEE) cat 2 as an option or let go of it since ive only 24k rank , is it worth to give it a shot?
