Which bios chip is used on the XPS 15 9520?

I have this XPS that been to a repair shop before where they replaced the bios chip. I don't know what the original chip was but the ''replacement'' chip model is a winbond 25R512JVEN. It's located in the back of the motherboard. Can anyone confirm this?

Edit: CPU is 12700H

I need a quality soldering wire for laptop pcb repairs. I live in EU and it seems like getting leaded solder is very difficult and expensive so my only option is lead free solder but even then i don't know what to get.

This is what i currently have, bought it in 2014 but never got to use it:

I found this on Amazon and Ali, which one should i get and if there is a better option please let me know:

Was using it normally until yesterday i switched tab too fast and it suddenly disappeared. Restarted the iphone, reinstalled brave, resetted the carplay dongle and nonuse. Losing my mind right now, any clues?

I need a 2 meter length addressable RGB strip for a desk, i did some research and learned that 60 led/m would be the sweet spot for my need. However i'm not really sure where to go from there, i'm not very familiar with RGB strips. I looked on Ali and found a WS2815 12V strips (ID: 1005004289391906). I looked some guide online and learned about WLED, now the question is which controller do i need for this application? I'm not planning to do anything crazy for now, just 2 meter of addressable RGB strip that can be controlled through app.

I'm aware there are 5v, 12, and 24V system but i'm not 100% sure which to go with.
