To any teens who work out — how can I achieve a sleeper build in ~2 months? (or more)
I’ve always been wanting to workout, but with ap classes/honors, it has been impossible. Now that school is finally ending soon, I will have the time to do it. My main goal is a sleeper build, however, I have no idea how the hell to achieve it. I just need advice on a good diet, workout schedule, and actual exercises that will help me get to this physique. Feel free to dm/comment, any advice is appreciated.
