Hello all. I bought a sports card on the 23rd of March. Below is the tracking info.
Since the minute they got it absolutely no update. And now the seller put a missing mail and been over a week and still nothing.
How long should I wait to cancel. Feel bad for the seller as they been great with communication but this is craziness as zero update at all.
Any opinions?

I sent in a box with 4 different service levels. Fastest on the Express and then down the line.
In my portal it still shows Express in the "Research and ID" weeks later but shows my Regular submission in the "Grading" for weeks.
Does any of that mean anything or should I assume they are all be graded at same time?
First time submitting so any help would be great.
And then people dont have to pay??? What am i missing?
