what should be our order while seat allocation after cse core?

Academics and placement wise, which is better. ITER doesn't publish its placement data while KIIT does but the numbers kinda look inflated (might be wrong tho)... if there are any seniors who have any idea regarding this, please help me out !!!

iter scholarship has basic requirement of 80% in both 10th 12th i guess?

i might score above 80% in 12th or else I'll give improvement exam to get past it. will i still be eligible for the scholarship or they don't consider improvement cbse marks?
