29%tile in KIITEE , cse core milega ?

Getting CSE (AI/ML) at KIIT through management quota.( got 50.6 percentile). Will I be treated differently (academics/ placements, official's behaviour, Batch orientation), or is everything the same for all students?

I got 49%ile ( i don't know how I scored so so much less than jee even though i think i did well enough in kiitee). Is there any hope for me to get cse with specialization even?? If anyone has been through the same or has any idea, please do let me know asap🙏🙏(as I am about to lose my mind from overthinking 🤯🤯)

I’m really confused about what to do and could use some advice.

I’ve given KIITEE and I’m likely to get a seat in KIIT, but the counselling is happening pretty soon. The issue is that my other exams like WBJEE and IAT are scheduled later, and their results/counselling will also happen after KIIT’s process.

So right now I’m stuck in a situation where:

• KIIT is a “safer” option I can secure early
• But I don’t want to miss out on potentially better options from WBJEE or IAT

My main concerns are:

1. If I take a seat in KIIT now, will I be able to withdraw later if I get something better?
2. How reliable/clear is KIIT’s refund policy? Has anyone actually gotten refunds smoothly?
3. What would you guys recommend doing in this situation — secure KIIT as backup or wait it out?

I don’t want to make a rushed decision and regret it later. Any advice or personal experiences would really help 🙏

I got 70 percentile in kiitee phase 1 and the counselling for the same has started, I don't want cse core or any other spec cse. I'm looking for aerospace, ece , mech or civil.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with the preference list i should select with the real or approx data of closing ranks according to the previous year.
