Hi shine or Fine Grain Tassel Loafer in black, what would generally fit better with outfits?

I got the Fine Grain Tassel Loafer, but I saw the HI shine ones and they look cool but not sure if they would crease/degrade easier?

What do you guys think

Heel slippage when walking will the leather solovair insole help?

I feel like if I go to size 10 (these are 10.5) the it would be to tight? But then I heard they loosen over time? But if that's the case the by how much? I wish there was a UK store I could try them on. Also this is my first proper loafers, never had a wood insole do you guys get used to it?

The one that comes pre attached to my buds 4 pro fit but sometimes I feel a bit of slippage, I guess the ear just gets moist over time. Especially when I'm in the gym moving around.

Do these have better noise isolation and grip?
