No Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro Trade in?

I'm not sure how to create a poll, but I'm curious about a few things.

  1. How many people feel it is a betrayal of Samsung to not offer a trade in this time around.

  2. Are Galaxy Buds 3 owners abstaining from a Bids 4 purchase due to this?

  3. Are you looking for a Samsung Buds alternative due to issues with the Buds 3 pros?

I myself am not buying the Buds 4 pros due to my awful experience with the buds 3 pros. I ended up doing a $25 pair of open ear buds off of Amazon that offered superior comfort and sound quality. (Only feature they loose to the Buds is the sound cancelling. There isn't any) My Samsung experience is summed up by the expression "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool my twice, shame on me". Without a trade in Samsung is demonstrating no faith in the product and I am not about to be fooled twice.

Lost buds in case

I lost my buds3 pro while they were fully charged and in a case. I was surprised to find out that the search nearby or find my device features only work if the case is opened - this seems like a huge flaw with the feature. There were some comments in the Samsung community where people say it works for them with the case closed, and Google results said it should work as well, but not for me. Fortunately I eventually found mine but I still think it's pretty silly that this wasn't a consideration.

Galaxy buds 3 pro

Hello everyone, I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on this matter. I have been using my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for approximately four months now, and recently I have observed some black discoloration appearing on the surface. I have highlighted these areas with a red circle for better visibility. Could this be a burn mark, or what exactly might it be?

Call Quality Decline Before New Model

I noticed a pattern that's happened to the Galaxy buds 2 pro and the 3 pros. I buy them then everyone says the call quality is great. Then about 6 months roughly before the new ones they randomly get worse to where I'm getting comments on the bad quality of the calls. This far happened with all the ones I've mentioned and I have the 4 pros currently and I've gotten praise about the call quality.

I have a Samsung s23 plus, this sounds like planned obsolescence.

Has anyone else experienced a similar pattern?

Why can't they make cute buds anymore?

I have the buds 2 pro in the pastel purple. There is no ugly, uncomfortable dongle, and it matches all my lavender stuff. Why have they randomly gone back to minimalism lately? Like they only have 2 or 3 color choices for any of their products now, silver, white or black. The new Galaxy buds look like the cybertruck of earbuds. I want purple cloud buds for my tiny girly ears again. My buds 2 pro are finally starting to not charge anymore, and I genuinely do not want to upgrade because the new ones are so ugly and uncomfortable.

Galaxy buds 4 Pro.

These buds are simply too good when it comes to noise canceling. Even with ambient activitied it still feels like noise canceling is active.

Buds3 Pro: Noise when ANC is enabled

When Im using noise cancellation, my Galaxy Buds3 Pro makes a noise. Whenever I speak or make movements (walking, jumping, etc.), the left earbud seem to generate a noise. When I speak while ANC is enabled, I can hear my own voice, but with distortion coming only from the left earbud. This has been really irritating me lately. Is this a hardware or software issue? Should I claim the warranty? I tried downgrading the firmware using Galaxy Buds Client, but every time the earbuds lose connection with the PC during the downgrade

Fit Test with new memory foam tips

Hi

I recently took the plunge and bought the Comply foam tips (the three pack, just to be sure). I've tried all three and the small are most comfortable but the fit test says poor fit.

Part of me wonders whether this will improve in time as the MF moulds to my ear. Does anyone have any experience with any of this?

This is the Buds 3 Pro.

Buds 4 Pro loudness

I recently got the buds 4 pro, and I rubbed my fingers against the outer stereo part whatever thats called and while on ambient mode it made a loud-ish pitched noise which I cannot tell if it I hurt my hearing a bit or not. Does anyone else think its odd that rubbing a finger against that part makes it loud? isn't this part for noise cancelation so why is that the effect?

Lost my Galaxy Buds Core case—anyone have a spare?

I recently lost the charging case for my Galaxy Buds Core, but I still have both earbuds.

Before I go out and buy a brand-new set, I wanted to check if anyone here happens to have a spare case they aren't using (maybe you lost your buds or upgraded)?

Please DM me if you have.

Good overall EQ

Good overall EQ

this equalizer was made with one goal in mind, to counteract the natural V-shape equalizer that comes with the buds, to provide a sound that is as accurate to the "normal" sounds as possible, by creating a reverse V-shape. boosting some of the mids and lowering the low and high frequencies, this is as accurate as i could get it, would reccomend, as this really lets you hear all the details in the songs you listen to!

Galaxy 3 ANC problem

I got the galaxy buds 3 4 months ago and they were great. But I've noticed a problem with the active noise cancellation. It's kinda working but nowhere near how to was at first. It feels like it's on but it doesn't block any noise. You can fell though that is on. Anyone having the same problem?

S26 + Buds4

Okay, I tested the Galaxy S26 + Buds4 in store and I’m kinda obsessed 🤭

I’m a Samsung partner and my favorite ecosystem feature is Pin Mic. Using the Buds4 as a mic while filming on the S26 made the audio sooo clear and instantly more polished.

I love it because you don’t need extra equipment, it just works. I would use Pin Mic for filming TikToks, vlogs, or quick content days.

It works by connecting your Buds4 to the Galaxy S26 and using one bud as a wireless mic while recording, very convenient!

Compared to using your phone mic or separate mics, this is way easier and more seamless ✨
