Hello! for the past two years, i have had this mysterious bleeding. 1-2 weeks after my period and before i ovulate, i will start having bright red blood spots/clots in my clear discharge. i will be completely done with my period and then i start to bleed again, its like a period^2. at first, i thought ovulation bleeding, but i dont ever bleed while i am ovulating. i don’t experience pain outside of my periods, but my periods are very heavy and extreme. i experience severe cramps to where i can not stay still, i cry, scream, and often fins myself blacking or passing out. i also am positive i have pelvic floor issues, but im not sure it is connected to this. please help me :c

Hello! I am a young 5’4 female at 163 pounds. im currently in a 1,450 deficit with around 90g of carbs, 40g of fat, and 110g of protein, give or take. i have lost around 40 pounds since 2024, but have taken a break. i want to reach my goal weight of 140, but im not seeing any scale changed. this is my third week in a deficit. my first 2 weeks i have stayed the same and im scared i wont lose any weight. i have noticed significantly less bloating and i walk 8-11k steps a day. is there anything i can change or is this normal ?

I f 18 and my girlfriend 19 are starting college in the fall semester. Currently, we live 1:30 minutes away from each other. We hang out 1-2 times a month since we met around a year ago. she is going away to a college over 6 hours away for 4 years. Her and I have already been able to build a “non-physical relationship” and are able to communicate just fine over the phone, we rarely ever have communication issues. Genuinely the relationship we have is beyond serious and healthy. However, the news is absolutely heartbreaking to me. I have no one in my inner circle who can relate to me or understand how I feel. What are some “coping” mechanisms for these drastic changes. And what are some extra efforts we should apply to the relationship in order to make up for not seeing each other as often? sorry for any spelling or grammatical errors
