Season 1 arena points question

I have enough arena points for 2 pieces of the Warlock set. I do not have any pieces currently. Someone told me the season 1 set will be available for honor points. Should I save the arena points and buy the set with honor once the points get converted?

Can anyone help educate me on the difference between these two?

There is about a $3,000 price difference on the quote from an HVAC company and I am not sure what option is best. I already have a gas furnace.

We are not planning on being in this house long term. House is about 1800 square feet with 10 vents.
