Has anyone here actually won anything from skincare brand contests?

I see so many brands doing giveaways and challenges on IG constantly, but I’ve literally never met a single person who has won one lol. Like, is it actually legit or is it just a way to farm engagement?

Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of Plum stuff specifically, like they’re giving away MI match tickets and some goodies. The prizes actually look decent for once, but I’m always hesitant to spend time entering these things if the winner is just going to be some influencer’s cousin. 💀😭

Cookware brands these days Asai, Ember, Cumin Co, Kroslo vs international ones what’s actually worth it?

There are so many new-age cookware brands popping up like Asai, Ember, Cumin Co, Kroslo, all talking about non-toxic, ceramic, healthier cooking etc. At the same time, international brands have been around forever and seem more reliable.

I’m honestly confused about what’s actually better ceramic vs cast iron vs regular non-stick, and whether these new brands are genuinely worth the price or just good marketing. If you’ve used any of these, what’s your experience been like after a few months of use?
