


Hi,i went from 55kg(first picture)to 65kg now(other two).i dont feel its really that much visible.my height is 178cm,and i train 4 times a week:pull,push,hamstrings and glutes,quadriceps, weighted abs every session.progressed in strength,i Bench 55kg ,but it doesnt seem im getting to 60kg anytime sooner or progress in anything else now and its starts to annoy me.i eat 2400 calories sometimes i go over but rarely.should i eat more?is the fat gain noticeable?i would appreciate advice.i train for 6 months now and im scared of gaining fat.
