Proof of Financial Mean's
Good afternoon, I am kind of confused with the Proof of Financial Mean's situation.
If a Student applied for DSU and alreay attained full DSU scholarship, Wouldn't this prove that he doesn't have enough Fund's? How would he still go about paying for Proof of Financial Mean's.

Hello, i want to add more stuff to my town but I dont know what would look good with it, I do plan to expand my town more, I have an Underground base (which is the hole in the middle) which I plan to make it the HQ for the entire town (library, Librarians, Rare Mob's, Map of the entire Town, Portals, ect) but I want something that will add taste (?) to the town, make it look fascinating.
The Black Tower is being used currently as a breeding ground, Farm is used for Trading Villagers and wheat, and the Cross on the right (and the one im standing on) is used as storage.
I was looking into adding a Bible Verse in the air in the Middle of the town, and maybe removing the river? Not sure.
Any tip's appreciated!
