Is it rude to ask if I can bring my older kid to a birthday party? (just to play separately)

My seven-year-old has been invited to her best friend’s birthday party. I also have an eight-year-old son, and the party is at a large outdoor play area. I was wondering how I could ask if it would be okay to bring my son along, just to play separately and not be part of the party. Would that be considered rude?

Who killed her? Daddy, mommy or brother?

Honestly I am crying atm. Cuz the cards are literally telling about the story. There was a murder in a country 20 years ago. A young girl, around 14–15 years old, was killed. She was found dead in her room with her throat slit.

The mother, father, or older brother are suspected. But all three of them behave as if the girl who died wasn’t their own daughter or sister. And all the evidence was covered up, and no one was ever punished. As a nation, people want them to be held accountable. Most people in the country believe that the older brother killed her, and that the mother and father helped him.
