Wala na talaga slots agad for civil service exam?

Nagtataka ako bakit wala na agad slots. Trying ako sa NCR and Calabarzon area tapos wala ng nakagreen sa eserve for NCR tapos calabarzon lahat naka "Closed as of the moment"

Update: -Nakakuha ako slot around 8:54AM. -May 14 ang nakuha ko so today agad. Buti nalang talaga malapit lang ako dun sa FO. -May 21 yung sinelect ko upon submission pero sa confirmation May 14 ang binigay sakin -Ilang beses nagcrash ang site pero ireload niyo lang ng ireload. Wag niyo icoclose.

Is this normal? Received this email

Hello,

This is my first cc. So I dont know if this is normal.

My credit card is still at GO21's facility since Monday. Hindi ko pa siya natatanggap o nabubuksan.

Tapos today Wednesday nakatanggap ako ng ganitong email from Metrobank saying that my card is already enrolled to MSOA.

Is this normal? I havent done any card activation via the Metrobank App yet. I was expecting to get this email **after** I had activated and enrolled the card in my app by myself.
