Question about medical test

1 week ago, I just puffed 2 hits on my coworker's carts. Then, earlier I had a check-up for a health check, they took my blood for CBC and urine analysis for creatinine. Now, I'm just overthinking that maybe they (maxicare clinic) will see it and notify my current company and I'll be fired from work?

Also, I drank sterilized milk every day (it's part of my lifestyle) because I also use it as a sleep aid.

Just paranoid hahajaajakaakaakhaha

Edit: Hindi ako heavy smoker. last week lang uli yung recent.

Hi!

I'm new joiner in ACN. I was wondering if there is consideration for redeployment or mapunta sa bench if failed sa training/nesting ng project? It's been a month na rin since I was hired. Currently, nasa phase na ko ng nesting, taking calls and all then I need to meet those metrics so I can get an endorsement to production/operations na. Kaso na-aanxious lang ako na what if I did not pass the nesting phase. May redeployment ba na mangyayari or for terminate na?

Hello. I'm back for voice acct again after 3 years. Feeling ko na unlearn ko na how to engage in a call. That's why I am trying to get better at this.

I’m working in customer service for an Australian account and honestly trying to get better at understanding Aussie accents + having more natural conversations on calls.

I can usually get the main issue, but sometimes I miss small details or don’t pick up on how the customer really feels. I also feel like my probing questions sound too scripted, and I want to make it more natural and conversational.

Any recommendations for:

- Podcasts or YouTube channels where Aussies talk normally (like everyday convo)

- Shows or movies with realistic Aussie dialogue

- Tips on improving listening skills + asking better follow-up questions without sounding robotic

Would really appreciate advice, especially from people who’ve worked in customer service/call centers.

Thanks!
