I resigned last January and wala pang ongoing war non. Nagpahinga muna ako ng mahigit isang buwan and nung february nagstart na ako magpasa ng applications. Okay naman yung mga recruitment team.. pagkapasa may kumokontak naman agad. Hanggang sa nagkaron ng war,.. yung nasa hiring interview stage ko na isa, kahit follow up hindi na nagsipag replyan, and then yung mga nasa final interview stage ko rin wala naring reply. as in,, nasa 73 applications ako, 17 lang ang nagtry kumontak sakin then eventually, march wala na ni isa. Kahit man lang sana email na di ako napili, okay lang.. gusto ko rin naman kasi mag-improve kaso wala ng feedback.

Mga inapplyan ko is dcx, microsourcing, kmc etc.

Until such time, nagemail si KMC sakin na cancelled na yung position na inaapplyan ko. Kaya napaisip ako

Freeze hiring na ba? Or ako talaga problema? Hahaha 😂 😂😂

not sure if allowed to but posting anyway. I feel like I should say something about the guy. it's been almost a month since I kicked him out. he's quite a charmer and we met on reddit so I won't be surprised if he's starting to catfish women here. he currently works sa cnx but I won't say his name or his account. I will however say the things he's probably gonna say to get to you:

1. when we met sabi nya he was LEGALLY separated sa wife, may papers and all. he paid lawyers daw etc. THIS IS NOT TRUE. when confronted, he sweet talked me saying he couldn't let me get away kaya he lied kasi that's how much he liked/loved me. ako naman si eng eng naniwala.

2. his wife is also his first cousin. yes, faked papers and all. sinuka na sya ni gurl and took everything so he needs another woman to leech off of dahil naisahan ko sya at wala syang nakuha of much value (55k yung rog 6 nya though so huhu na lang). hingi kayo marriage cert hahaha yung middle name ng wife and last name nya ay same because yung dad nya and mom ni wife ay magkapatid. he will tell you madali ipanullify ang marriage kasi void from the beginning on the grounds of inc3st to keep you hooked and hoping, but this will never happen. he also told me na 3 years na sila hiwalay when we met pero 2 months lang pala. they were together 15 years. 3 years lang kami so baka next week may sinasabihan na yan na 1 year na kami hiwalay lol.

3. he will say they are co-parenting and he has 2 kids na sustentado. also not true. his kids hate him. also he will say he only has 2 kids and not mention he has 3 more kids sa pagkabinata na pinabayaan at inabandona nya. I just learned from his wife na sinabi nyang pinipigilan ko syang magpadala ng pera sa kids nya.

4. dude used to work sa barko, (won't say anong work nya doon) and he's proud sa dami ng binayaran nyang babae doon. he will flirt and cheat when he has the chance. MAGALING SYA MAGTAGO GUYS BEWARE.

5. he has a history of stealing for drugs and hindi small amounts to. also learned from the wife that he spent 50k na sinabi nyang pangstart ng logistics business inubos lang sa drugs pinanlibre pa. he also used the money to pay for walkers and for online adult content. I was also just informed after the breakup that he smuggled drugs abroad but was never caught.

6. he will get aggressive and violent. he will break stuff and hurt himself in front of you because he can't handle mature conversations. but he's very sweet and malambing kaya madali ako nauto. but the neglect as a partner was just too much and the things I discovered were too severe to ignore.

7. he has a family of enablers. first video call with his parents sabi agad sakin tawagin silang mama at papa. remember, these are the same people who know na 2 months pa lang sya hiwalay sa asawa nya. they will then start borrowing money and making your money an extension of their son's money. even nung 11 months syang jobless at palamunin, they never pressured him to step up. they even ask him sakin humiram pag wala mahiram sa kanya. shameless really.

marami pa sana pero lucky 7 na lang. please be very very careful sa tao na to. if you meet him here ingat always and be discerning. do your own research because his family lies for him. yun lang bye!

This company tolerates cheating at its finest. How can someone with a role as a People Engagement Officer be involved in cheating? An office affair? Who uses the company’s platform to flirt during working hours? What are the values of the employees and the higher-ups here? Is respect even part of the company’s core values?

It’s troubling when actions don’t align with what people claim to stand for. Situations like this affect not just individuals, but the overall work environment and culture.

Todo deny pa na friends lang, kaya pala nabuntis ka agad? Nagpabuntis ka agad kahit alam mong buntis din ang iniwan niya para sayo? Babae ka ba talaga? Nakakahiya ka.

Lino, you have no balls, hindi mo kayang manindigan. Dalawang babae ang binuntis mo halos sabay? Wala kang kwentang tao. Kaya mong talikuran ang anak mo sa una at buntisin ang katrabaho mo? Ginagamit mo pa yang kotse ninyo ng EX mo panghatid ng kabit mo sa San Pedro! Ang kapal ng mukha mo. Sabagay, kahit naman kayo pa ng EX mo makapal na mukha mong ihatid sundo yang si Gela.

I hope the company takes a closer look at these issues. Employees deserve a workplace built on respect, professionalism, and clear boundaries.

Huwag kayong mag-apply sa company na ’yan hangga’t nandiyan ang mga taong ’yan. Kung kayang i-tolerate ng company ang mga ganyang bagay, walang respeto sa mga tao at empleyado ’yan. Walang basic human decency.

Ps: posting this on behalf of my close friends hindi ko na kayang makinig at makitang nasasaktan yung friend ko. if anyone here working on the said company I hope u all aware what is happening to ur management.

Yung mga lalaking applicant 2mins interview lang sinasabihan nang babalikan ng TA pero di na binalikan. Pero mga babae mas matagal interview and may JO agad after. Ganyan pala nagagawa ng webcam noh pag gusto mo yung nakikita mo? Hahahaha. Amats management nyo. Gutom sa babae.

May alam ba kayong company na tumatanggap ng work-from-home kahit little to no experience, or around 8 months lang na customer service experience? Open din ako sa paid training 🥹

Hello, I'm about to file a resignation sa Alor__ca and I have 8 months experience. Nag iisip ako kung i go ko na mag render ng 2 weeks and use my PTO to render kaso napapaisip ako kase mas maganda daw sabi ng TM ko na mag render for 30 days para makuha yung backpay agad agad and marehire if want ko bumalik (which is wala naman benefits sakin yon). Sobrang bait at galing ng Team manager ko and she's just my 2nd Team manager after kaming ma disbursed na team from nesting. Mababait naman mga manager sa company na toh kaso grabeng sahod yan lol at nakakaburn out na yung pagiging Customer service na di ako makatulog gabi gabi kakaisip ng metrics/HMD ko (Non voice).

Nag babalak na lang ako mag apply as Content mod or wfh jobs tlaga. Nag iisip ako sa Keyword studios kase maganda reviews sakanila kaso nakita ko dito is nagiging toxic na yung environment. Idk san mag apply tlaga. I am grateful to this company, they accepted me as a Fresh Grad and got an Amazing team however mental health ko na nasisira dahil sa pressure from the metrics.

Can you please suggest a companies na best Wfh set ups (aside VA), Content mod or gaming accounts. Marami akong nakikita hereaa suggestion kaso may bad reviews huhu. Thanks in advance

recently applying to bpo and some offers wfh/hybrid set up. but my question is, normal po ba na ganito ieendorse nila then after 2 weeks sasabihin na onsite na po lahat ng work instead of the account being hybrid/wfh?

So yun na nga halos more than a month ako nag wait at nag process ng mga requirements sa company "A" tas ending ma momove ung SD ko buti sana days lng e 1 month n nmn... sobrang dami nilang hinihingi requirements halos tapos ko n lahat medical etc and then total complete ko lahat hnd na ako nag atubili at nag effort mag hanap ng ibang company aaplyan ending tambay n nmn ako buti sana nasa bahay ako e nag rerent lng nmn ako e huhuhu....

applied yesterday at optum upa. i passed the assessment, and the initial interviewer said she will be endorsing me for final interview. i just have to wait for the email for my final interview supposedly yesterday din. but i didn't received an email for the fi. anyone same case with me?

Hi. Just want to ask a question especially for WFH workers here.

Recently, I just got interviewed by a client via 3rd party agency and then after a few days, HR sent me an email congratulating me for passing the client's interview.

So here's the catch. Since this will be my first WFH job, the email said that they are still waiting for the contract offer from the client. So now I am 2 days waiting for the offer.

My question is, does this usually happen for WFH jobs? Because I have not experienced this at all. I have been working for 7 years hands on and this is the first time that a company will still wait for a client's contract even though you already passed the interview.
