Mechanic Shop with post repair issues

I’m looking for some advice on a claims situation in NYC. In January, I had a front-end collision involving my Lexus NX 350. My insurance approved the claim for a new grille, bumper, and front sensors.

I chose a local shop with high reviews, but the experience has been a disaster:

  • Initial Quality: The fitment was poor, and the front sensor had to be replaced a second time due to bad calibration.
  • New Issues: It’s now May, and I’m finding moisture/leaking inside my headlamps.
  • Current Error: After a "refitting" in March, I now have a constant 'Blind Spot Monitoring' (BSM) error code.

Need some insurance advice

In Jan I got into a small accident where i needed the grill, bumper and front sensor replaced from my Lexus NX 350 Premium (my poor baby T_T). Went to a mechanic and those of you who live and work in NYC knows how hard it is to find a mechanic without taking time off. This place called Moe's Auto Center looked decent with 5 star reviews and multiple hundred of it. So I called got a quote, went through insurance. Fast forward a month, they did a horrible fitting, had to replace my front sensor again, did a bad job with calibration and worst off is that now its May and im seeing leaking into my headlamps T_T.

I went back for a refitting in March and although they fixed that its now got a 'blind spot monitoring' off issue... I'm so irritated by this mechanic and gave them so many chances. Not to mention I felt something was off when they rejected my insurances paycheck and wanted me to pay out of credit card.

Any suggestions would be immensely helpful T_T.
