Mechanic Shop with post repair issues
I’m looking for some advice on a claims situation in NYC. In January, I had a front-end collision involving my Lexus NX 350. My insurance approved the claim for a new grille, bumper, and front sensors.
I chose a local shop with high reviews, but the experience has been a disaster:
- Initial Quality: The fitment was poor, and the front sensor had to be replaced a second time due to bad calibration.
- New Issues: It’s now May, and I’m finding moisture/leaking inside my headlamps.
- Current Error: After a "refitting" in March, I now have a constant 'Blind Spot Monitoring' (BSM) error code.
