CVS IVR Voice System is Unusable
The CVS Voiceline system has become nearly unusable. It’s a special hell to try and do something the menu does not allow.
The IVR system can not handle controlled predictions and it takes almost 3 minutes of menu navigating frustration to speak to a member of the pharmacy staff.
Overall rating is a 2/10.
