Anyone here on Slynd?

Hi, I just got back from my gyno with a prescription for Slynd. My complaints were terrible PMS possibly PMDD and bad hormonal acne. I already suffer from chronic anxiety which I take medication for (benzos). From all that I have read and researched, Slynd would probably be the last option because it can make my anxiety worse and it also does not help with acne. I'm not confident with my doctors choice. I know that combination pills are more effective on PMS/PMDD and also help with hormonal acne. I told her this and she told me that combination pills are very high risk for blood clots and here in Switzerland they discourage their usage.
So now I have a 3 months prescription for Slynd and I don't feel comfortable about it.
Any experiences here with this pill?

I feel like dying today

Yesterday I had a really really high demanding day at work and today I just feel like literally dying. I don't even have energy to lift my arms. I had to call in sick for work. I had bloodworks done for my endocrinologist in the morning, will know the results in two weeks and had an appointment with my gp that took some more blood to see if my iron was low etc.
For reference I have hashimotos and I'm currently not medicated because my last bloodworks (december) were within range. I've been feeling like I was going down again since Saturday but I was able to make through just by resting during the weekend. I also thought it was because I was about to get my period so I was a little more tired than usual. Got my period on Sunday and was actually feeling better, then bam, today I woke up and I was hit by a bus.
Literally no energy at all, light headed, poor vision, like my eyes feel so heavy, I feel so tired like I could die of how tired I am.
My gp dismissed this as not being from Hashimotos and wants to refer me to a psychiatrist (I take one benzodiazepine a day because I have really bad anxiety if I dont take it and I've been taking it since 2019 so it is clearly not the cause for how I'm feeling right now).
I'm so tired of this. Every time I go to my gp with clearly real symptoms she always wants to refer me to a psychiatrist, I don't understand where she sees the connection. She just says that my symptoms are not linked between each other, she cant see a cause so it must be in my head. Thats what she literally told me today.

So, there's this horse at my stable, that basically the owner died and now the horse needs rehoming. He's a draft, he's 20 and apparently looks in great shape. We don't know much about his background, basically anything tbh, we handled him a bit today and he is calm and kind. How crazy would I be if I would just keep it? Right now he is at the care of the owner of the stable and being handled by both the owner and one of the riding teachers. The only thing that's concerning me its the age, like, how much time we would still have together, like good quality time, before he's health starts deteriorating and all of that... my heart is telling me to get him but my head is telling me that's not a wise choice...
