I’m looking for therapist recommendations in India, preferably someone who works online.

I’m specifically looking for a queer-affirmative, trauma-informed therapist who has experience working with childhood sexual assault, overthinking, emotional shutdown, and difficulty opening up in relationships.

I’ve been struggling with holding a lot in, and it has started affecting my work and personal life. I also have some childhood memories that feel blurry and confusing, and I want to unpack them slowly with someone safe, steady, and non-judgmental.
