Redownloaded RTW mobile and the game literally doesn’t work. I can’t skip the intro and then can’t press any option on the main menu.
Never had an issue before now, have deleted it, checked and unchecked every option in settings and nothing. Any ideas?

My account is almost 20 years old, it’s associated to my mums ex partners email which I have, however it was yahoo. Evidently, they delete “inactive” accounts. So the account is inaccessible.
I quite literally cannot login to Microsoft as it asks me to verify using the email address, which is as I say gone. I can get into the account as I know the password but can’t go into the settings and whatnot. Basically anything requiring additional verification is out of the question.
I can’t speak to Microsoft regarding this as I’m getting stonewalled by their AI chatbot assistant who repeats the same thing over and over.
This account is literally the only account I’ve ever had, as I say it’s almost as old as me, to lose this account would be a genuine heartbreak.
Does anyone have any idea of how I can navigate this?
In short, Xbox account is linked to a deleted email and I have no way of verifying a code sent to the email
