Pain in upper abdomen

Pain in upper abdomen

I woke up this morning with pretty bad pain in my upper abdomen, where I circled. It honestly feels muscular ?? But I’m not sure. I have pretty bad stomach issues like severe bloating/gas daily but I’ve never had this. It’s way worse if I flex or stretch. Like going from standing to sitting vice versa. Has anyone else had this?? I like don’t even know what to do to try to help it. I don’t think I’ve done anything to pull any muscles or anything like that, I’m just confused lol.

Adrenaline dump with reflux ?

I have pretty bad acid reflux and need to start meds soon, I was put on omeprazole. But when I have reflux sometimes I get nauseous and have severe bloating and it causes some weird stomach/chest feelings and PVCs. But today I was at a shelter and was doing fine other than all of that which is normal for me and I randomly had some weird impending doom with like an adrenaline feeling that went from my stomach up to my head. And it left my head/ears burning and hot. I started sweating everywhere and my hands were shaking and I was lightheaded. Does this sound like an adrenaline dump ? And has anyone had one due to reflux/bloating issues? I was not feeling well for maybe 30 mins after and still am slightly off. It was probably the worst feeling I’ve ever had just super intense and anxiety inducing. I also am wondering if it maybe had to do with the shelter since I am diagnosed with MCAS but I rarely have any issues other than small rashes or coughing/sneezing from cats.

I hired painters that were recommended by my realtor, they started over a month ago. The photos around the windows are some sort of paper they put around them and mud over that due to some minor cracking starting around my windows, but the paper is peeling and ripping. They were trying to force me to get trim done by them to cover this instead of fixing it. They got sherwin Williams paint which I stated I didn’t want in the first place, and then ended up getting the cheapest version of it. It was too thin and wouldn’t cover, so they tried to resolve it with them and ended up getting a “step up” from what they originally used. But they would not come back until I chose trim, which I didn’t want. After looking carefully, I decided I didn’t want them finishing my house anyways because of how poor they did overall and they were so disrespectful with my belongings. I paid them half up front, which was $1450. Plus $850 for sod which immediately turned brown and is coming up…. They’re refusing to give me the new paint or any of my money back. They’re blaming my kitten for leaving dirt foot prints on my banister for the bad job they did ????? I wiped it off in two seconds with water. And that also has nothing to do with absolutely anything. Kinda at a loss with what to do because they’ve now disappeared. I’ve had other contractor friends try to contact them, nothing. And the manager and his friends are posting concerning videos after our interaction about showing up to someone’s house in ski masks with weapons. I am just concerned. They left their tools at my house and the last conversation we had, they want them back but I do not want them on my property.

Looking to rehome 6 month old :(

I’m in the Cincinnati area, and I’m not sure if anyone has recs on where to list her etc. I’m chronically ill and recently had a neck injury which causes lightheadedness some days, and she’s just too much to handle with all of that. I know I can’t give her the time/energy she deserves for the training she needs. I think she would need someone experienced, because she does have some minor behavioral issues. She doesn’t like being told no and she’ll test you/boundaries. She gets close to your face and barks and snaps. She never bites my face but she will nip at the rest of my body when upset. She’s not fully potty trained, she goes outside but sometimes still in the house. She’s not spayed yet. She gets along really well with my other female dog, but gets protective over water. And she’s not aggressive with cats, but she is a little rough trying to play with them. My cats are super timid in general so they won’t come out much anymore which is a problem for me.

I know I’m pretty dehydrated currently. But most electrolyte drinks make me ILL, I tried the Gatorade one the other day and I was having nonstop PVCs and severely bloated. But now when I’m drinking water I’m getting really lightheaded. Like for a few mins even after just a tiny little sip. What causes this?? I don’t know if it’s stomach related or what because I do get lightheaded and bad symptoms after eating as well.

I literally cannot wear any kind of heels like this because my heels slowly drift off of them but only towards the inside LOL. Like even heels with straps my foot just leaves the shoe. Is there anything I can do to stop this?? I’m not sure if it’s just my foot shape but it’s so annoying trying to walk and I am a huge heel girl so I hate it.

I was prescribed 10mg for overactive nerves in stomach. My stomach is super related to my heart rate. Like SVT when bloated and tachycardia when swallowing/after eating. Has anyone else had experience with this med?

I’d say I’m pretty inactive so I’m a bit worried about DVT or something. But yesterday I walked to an appointment and back home, not far at all. And when I got back I noticed pressure in my right calf and about an inch of a vein kinda swollen and uncomfortable. Now I’m having a bit of muscle pain in the same leg. I do have some bulging veins under my knee on the other leg but not as bad. Has anyone experienced this? I’m not sure who to even see about it because at he moment I don’t see anyone locally for EDS.

My baby is around 6 months old now, and it’s literally horrific dealing with her. I feel stuck and it’s really getting to me like I already have health issues and I’m constantly having to deal with something she’s doing and it’s so stressful that leaving my house is such a huge sigh of relief and I dread coming home to her. She’s getting aggressive with my other dog over water, she acts like she’s dying of thirst 24/7. She jumps on the kitchen counters and into my bathtub and toilet if I forget to close the door. She snaps at my other dog near the water bowl and I’ll tell her to sit but she pushes herself closer and I can’t hold her back so I can’t give my other dog water without putting her up. If I even say the word no to her with zero tone she gets an inch away from my face and barks for 10-20 mins straight and starts snapping at me and hitting me. She comes up behind me and grabs my hair and bites the back of my head. She’s been jumping on my back while I’m standing and pulling me down to hump me ??? I’m an 115 pound small woman so I literally cannot control her. She pees/poops in the kitchen daily even though she’s fully aware she needs to go outside. Still poops/pees in her cage once a week or so. I just bought an older house so I have no time/money to go to classes with her like I’m out of money from having to fix so much stuff that’s randomly coming up. I just need to rant because I’m so so stressed out and nervous about her aggression.

I swear it does it when I’m not even anywhere close to another car, even when I’m starting to slow down it just stops the car suddenly and comes close to giving me literal whiplash because it’s so extreme.

I had a PCR test done months ago and tested positive for mgen and ureaplasma. I 100% have ureaplasma symptoms but only urinary, so like dark urine and ammonia smell and painful urination. Other than that I have nothing and no mgen symptoms. I went again the other day to be tested again before figuring out a treatment plan because I have antibiotic sensitivities, and I’m still positive for urea and negative for mgen now. Is it likely to get a false positive for this on a PCR? I haven’t had any treatment, just monistat for yeast a couple months ago.
