What is this?
I’ve starting collecting all the Brainrots but I don’t know this one… does anyone know the name or what it looks like?

This is my betta, new guy, he’s not actually new to me, that’s just his name. I’ve had him for about eight months now. Lately, I’ve noticed this lump on his side… I’m not sure what it could be… he always ate normally but now I’ve noticed that he’s been struggling to swim… he tries to swim to his food and eventually gives up after a couple seconds and will just float around looking exhausted… he almost floats around just vertically sometimes until he’s ready to swim back to his floating betta bed. I’m worried about what this lump could be or what could’ve caused it.
Some background information - His home is a five gallon tank, heated at 78°F, planted with anubias, amazon swords, strat repens, and some java moss balls. He has neocaridina shrimp roommates that he’s never shown any interest in (because he is also a very slow swimmer.)
Water parameters are -
7.4 pH
0 ppm ammonia
0 ppm nitrate
5.0 nitrate
I do weekly water changes so my parameters have always been stable and nitrates never even go above 5.0ppm
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you !
I got this from the red carpet when I had 4x server luck
My mystery snail, snaily, has this big bubble on him and he’s shriveled up. What could be wrong with him?

I think my neighbors unit has a leak, called emergency maintenance line and they said it’s not an emergency because it’s not actively leaking…should I be concerned?
