Bottom leaves turning black, age or rot?

Bottom leaves turning black, age or rot?

The bottom most leaves on my Nepenthes are turning black, is this how they normally die off or is it root/stem rot? They are crispy

Does anything other than overwatering make leaves look like this?

This is from my silver sword, but two other of my plants all have leaves that look just like this, with the almost clear/translucent leaves.

To satisfy posting rules: They get lots of light in south facing windows, watered when soil is pretty dry, thought I’m wondering if even that’s too often lol. Mostly just curious about what makes the leaves look like that

Flf not growing at all!

I pinched off the top of my fig about 9 months ago and there’s been zero growth since then! Hasn’t lost a single leaf, sits in a south facing window, and gets watered maybe every 1-2 weeks. I’ve tried scoring/keiki at different places on the stem and it hasn’t reacted to anything :(

Hasn’t died tho so that’s my only solace right now haha

Soil is chunky and well draining, and it hasn’t grown into the moss pole yet. I have it in a south facing window and water it about every three weeks. I tried to water it more, like when the soil was very dry, but every time I do it yellows more! The super yellow leaf was like the barely yellow one (second pic) for like a month before it quickly turned the way it is now.

Im stumped :(

There are no pests, I use Bonide with all of my plants. Any help would be appreciated!
