Hello! What are the best ways to find rentals from these people? I've been using Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace.

Also, since they don't use agents, will they always be asking for references? I have not rented in 5 years, so I don't have any in that regard. Would it be a waste of time for both of us?

Looking for moral support I guess. Been spotting and light bleeding for 2 months straight now. So. freaking. tired. of. seeing. red. This s**t better be worth it and I’d better stop bleeding at 6 months on the dot when midnight strikes. Dammit.

What are these like? Are they noisy/smelly depending on what types of businesses are underneath you?
