Wondering if anyone has used this. 12 types of Magnesium (700 mg) in on pill. Used for so many things but it didn’t get into the digestive part too much. I was wondering if it might help me while on the Wegovy pill to get my to regularity?
I’ve been using MiraLAX about 5 weeks. I still barely was having bowel movements and then one day had about 5 almost uncontrollable bowel movements. And now back to barely again. Is this how MiraLAX works, like it builds up for 2 weeks and then you go a lot & then restart again. I’m wondering if the Psyllium Husk would work better or should I add it as well to try and be more consistent…so don’t have 1-2 days every 2-3 or three weeks were I can barely make it to restroom. I’m sure some of this is maybe because Wegovy makes it hard to digest food, so i guess it’s hard to digest the MiraLAX also. Anyone have similar experiences?
