Guys tell me is gamcha sufficient to prevent tanning? I know ChatGPT and google would tell it won't block uv rays completely but is it completely true? Like we only apply sunscreen to face, We go out with just clothes on our body and it doesn't tan (I think).

What do you think and if there are any other better options then gamcha because sunscreen costs too much also any good budget friendly sunscrees suggestions!!
