Do you think it’s best to do 0% on pre-tax and 5% on after tax instead? (Don’t mind the 12% in pre-tax)

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m sure I confirmed the order with the correct address, but when my boyfriend opens the DoorDash app to check it, the address sometimes changes to his location. It ends up being delivered to him instead of me. It seems strange that the address can change after the order is already confirmed.
