Pilates on Tonal

Howdy! I've had tonal for about a month now and just discovered Pilates. I'd never done Pilates before and wanted to ask people how they were liking it and how it compares for those who have experience.

I've only done two Pilates workouts but my body just feels "right" after doing it. I'm kind of wanting to kick off my day with a short session, kind of like "daily lift". Is there a way to customize daily lift to change objectives to movement quality and functional strength? Or do I just need to wait for Tia?

I did currently enroll in a Pilates program but then I can't enroll in other programs since there's a limit of 1 at a time.

Alrighty y'all, my therapist keeps bringing up red light therapy and every time I try to get into any research I get overwhelmed. So yes, I'm a complete newbie, but it's not from lack of trying.

Looking to improve low energy, depression and back/hip pain that I've already done PT for.

It seems like lightbulbs in a gooseneck fixture would be the easiest but I'm guessing they don't sell $300-$1500 panels for nothing.

Would 1-2 bulbs synced with a morning wake up routine help, and then a dedicated back pain belt work or would it be better to go with a giant panel?
