I have an e comm store on shopify, I have never had an app. With the recent pixel update all my events were changed from website events to app events. When I create a new campaign my conversion objective also is now set to app conversions.

I would recommend checking this if your performance fell off a cliff overnight like mine. Unfortunately, they don't know how to fix it, so my ads will remain off.
