Hi - wiring with 10 gauge wire; where do the wire goes? I think I know but want someone smarter than me to confirm.

This is my 6 year old - he has not lost any teeth yet. Cyst in roof of mouth? It’s painful. Seems to be fluid filled when I push on it. Or is this a tooth trying to pop through? Abscess? Is this emergent?

Battery charger says battery is full but makes this noise. Any ideas?
