Hey everyone,

I have the Sony WH-CH720N and I'm dealing with two issues:

1. Bluetooth

My PC doesn't detect the headphones, they don't show up in the scan at all. The headphones enter pairing mode fine but the PC just won't see them.

2. Jack

When I use them wired via the 3.5mm jack there's an annoying background noise. Not sure if the two issues are related or not.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this a hardware issue with the headphones themselves or should I keep troubleshooting on the software/PC side?
