Pros & Cons

Hiii all!!

Last week I posted my current perfume collection, and asked for some recs. I saved them all, but 3 of them really took my interest! I will be going to the mall this afternoon and I want to try and get some samples, but I also would like your honest opinions and advice! Especially the longevity and strength of these perfumes.

Thank you 💕💕💕

I also saved Good Girl Jasmine Absolute but I feel like that would be more of a fall/winter scent?

Hii! So I recently bought the EOS Vanilla Cashmere body lotion on amazon because I’ve been wanting to try it for sooo long. I do find it to be very moisturizing, but the smell was a little bit underwhelming to me. Sadly it’s also pretty expensive to import since I’m from Europe :(

Does anyone have suggestions for vanilla/gourmand body lotions or other body products that are also moisturizing? (That are available in Europe) Xx

Also, I have been eyeing the vanilla birthday cake body wash from Philosophy for some time now, have any of you tried it? It just sounds as something I would really like! (fluffy vanilla, creamy caramel and sweet coconut see picture).

I also like the smell of cocoa or anything pistachio 💕

This is my small collection so far! I really love vanilla/floral scents. Recently got vanilla nude which i’m obsessed with!

Also, do any of you got tips on how to make perfume last longer? I’ve heard about layering!

My lovely bedroom where I spend a lot of my time! My desk drawers contain lots of craft supplies but it’s a bit messy so no pictures lol. Curious what my room says about me :)

My lovely shelves and lego which I am very proud of! I’ve got fantasy, thrillers and historical (non) fiction at the bottom.

I also got an e-reader so that kind of helps me not spend too much money on books since I read pretty fast! Oh and also explore new genres/books.

Hi, I’m honestly at a loss with my skin and I really need help.

My skin is sensitive, acne-prone, and gets clogged VERY easily (especially on my forehead). I also deal with hormonal breakouts. My skin looks dull and congested all the time.

This is what I’m currently using:

• The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors (AM + PM)

• Jojoba oil (AM + PM after moisturizer)

• Biodermal Micellar Gel Cleanser (PM)

• Garnier Micellar Water (to remove makeup)

• Paula’s Choice Mandelic Acid + Salicylic Acid (I don’t use them often)

• La Roche-Posay Anthelios SPF 50 (but I think my skin reacts badly to it)

I recently switched to mineral makeup, which helped a bit, but my skin is still very clogged.

Important:

• My skin for some reason does NOT tolerate niacinamide

• It clogs easily from heavier products/oils

• It’s also sensitive, so harsh routines don’t work

I feel like my routine might be too random or not targeted enough, but I also don’t want to overdo it and damage my skin barrier.

Main issues:

• Closed comedones / clogged pores

• Dull skin

• Hormonal acne

• Sensitivity

Does anyone have advice on:

• A very simple routine that actually works?

• Gentle cleansers (no niacinamide, fragrance-free)?

• Lightweight moisturizers that won’t clog pores?

• Better SPF options for sensitive acne-prone skin?

I’d really appreciate any help because I feel like I’ve tried everything and nothing fully works. I feel awful and ashamed of my skin :( I’m open to everything! Please 🙏🏼
