I don't really know what to ask for at the local Mexican grocery store with a meat counter. Any suggestions for a charcoal grill?

No kids and we’re willing to travel a bit for something fun. 

I had my finger on the pulse when I lived in Portland and knew everything that was happening on the weekends. But I’ve been kind of depressed since moving here and have barely gone out except for work. I literally have no idea what’s going on in the mean streets of Everett these days.
