Why are pain management products so ugly!!?

Hi everyone! i’m doing some research on something I’ve been thinking about a lot and would genuinely love your honest opinions.

I’ve noticed that pretty much every product designed to help with pain, joint support, or injury recovery is incredibly ugly. And I’m curious whether that actually affects how you use them or whether you even bother.

If you have a few minutes I’d love to know:
1. What do you currently use for pain or joint support? Braces, heating pads, topical creams, compression sleeves, anything.
2. How consistently do you actually use them?
3. Have you ever skipped wearing something in public because of how it looked?
4. What do you wish existed that doesn’t?
5. Does the way a product looks affect whether you buy it or stick with it?

Thanks in ad advance for your help!!

Why is every brace and heating pad so incredibly ugly!?

Genuinely trying to understand this space better and real honest answers are appreciated!

Babymoon suggestions in USA?

Hi, we’re planning a baby moon for late August / early September. My home airport is Dallas. Looking for a place that has things to do. I’m not the lay on the beach type. My first thought was NYC, I looove it there. I have been hundreds of times though (used to live in the NE). Any other hidden gem suggestions that have great food, walkable, shows, shopping, other things for pregnant ppl to do!? Thanks in advance for your suggestions!!

Hi! I’m 13dp5dt. My first beta at 9dpt was 231 and my second beta at 11dpt was 986.6. My clinic didn’t request a 3rd beta and will see me next week and I’ll be 5wks 6 days. The wait is so hard. The only symptoms I have are sore boobs and fatigue. I have no reason to believe I’m not pregnant but the wait is excruciating.

Should I expect to hear/see a heartbeat at this apt? What are they going to do/look for?

Please share your experiences 🫶🏻

Here’s my line progression and neurotic scribbles. I have my second beta today, 11dpt. First beta was 9dpt. I’ve gone from testing 3x a day to 1x in the morning. I don’t want to be TOOO obsessive. 😅 I feel like I’ve been swallowed into the IVF abyss for months during this cycle and I’m finally feeling like I can come up for air. When did you all stop testing? When does it start to feel real?

Hi all, after 3 years of trying to conceive, I’m officially pregnant. Morning sickness and all and I couldn’t be more grateful. We’re having a baby girl and need help with name suggestions!!!

Some criteria we’re looking for
- classic / historic names. I love a Royal or First Lady name.
- were Mexican / Spanish / Italian but live in US so I want a name that works primarily in English but be said by someone who doesnt speak English
- Our last name is Italian. 2 syllables. Starts with a B and ends with a vowel.

Names I loooove for your reference (and my issues)
- Alexandra (my name lol - so don’t wanna use it)
- Isabel (toooo common?)
- Anastasia (love this one but husband says it’s too Russian for us. Also, Queen Alexandra Romanov was Anastasia’s mom and idk if that’s bad juju lol)
- Eleanor/ Eleanora (too trendy?)
- honorable mentions : Vivienne , Genevieve, Lydia, Cassandra, Clara. I tend to prefer names w more than 2 syllables.

Please help!! We’re still very much open to suggestions 💕
