Hi. Question. I recently ordered from byredo for the 1st time. Love mojave ghost!! Anyways for whatever reason after I paid i was astonished with my total $ and quickly realized I had ordered 2 by mistake. Byredo has a whole process for this so I can't have been the only one. Took a few days for response from the company and to get the label. The issue came once the pkg was dropped at fed ex. Soon after I got a phone call from fed ex asking me all kinds of questions and threatening to open my box! I was alarmed since byredo was very clear about the item being unopened. The staff and manager wanted to know what exactly was in the box and they were not happy with me when I told them it was perfume! They told me it could catch fire and put their drivers in danger. I am just flabbergasted. Byredo sent me the fragrance via fed ex....i don't get why it's such a problem to send It back. Byredo literally sent me a fed ex label. In the end after a lot of explanation the manager told me she would let it go through... this time. I'm still in disbelief. I didn't notice any special symbols on the box indicating hazardous materials. Idk the whole thing was just really ODD. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
