Hi everyone! Im 21F and my parents got divorced back in oct of 2024 (i dont live with either bc i had to move away for uni). both of them have started dating other people in last few months and are both getting engaged in the next month. i feel like they are all moving on without me and i rlly dont want a step mom/ dad or step siblings. although im happy for my parents, i feel sad. i knew their divorced was gonna happen and i wanted it back then but i feel as though im having to share my parents with these strangers... i also havent had the best relationship with my dad in the last few years so everything is rlly caotic. idk who to talk to about it bc i cant speak to my parents about the other parents stuff (they can get sensitive)... i feel broken and ungrounded... suggestions? thoughts?
